Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full stack Developer with expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly applications. As a Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our product team to implement and improve user interfaces, optimize application performance, and ensure seamless integration with external systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge technology development environment. Duration: 6 Months. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our mobile and web applications using the MERN stack. • Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. • Design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js. • Create and maintain efficient and reliable databases using MongoDB. • Optimize application performance and ensure smooth integration with external APIs and services. • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose innovative solutions. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements for our development processes. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and promoting knowledge sharing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven work experience as a Full stack Developer, building and deploying mobile and web applications using the MERN stack. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building APIs. • Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI. • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and experience with agile development methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. • Ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
